It has an abundance of pan fish that tend to be small in size, with some large ones mixed in. The small pan fish make excellent food for the Largemouth Bass, North- ern Pike, Walleye's & Muskie's. The DNR has been planting Muskie's every other year & also a large number of Walleye. The local park & boat launch are second to none. There is lots of parking, new bathrooms & 2 concrete ramps to launch your boat. There is a no wake speed from 7:00pm to 10:00am which makes it nice for fishing even on the busiest days.
